Contents: 4 cooking lessons (hands-on), in 4 art towns, plus a visit of
winery and wine sampling.
Especially dedicated to those who love Italian cuisine,
Tuscan wine and culture, this is a touring "hands-on" cooking
course by expert home-cooks and one chef, teaching traditional Tuscan
and Italian cuisine. Cooking classes by different cooks, in different
kitchens and locations, so to give you a wide experience of cooking styles.
And every day you will visit an art town or a special site of our region.

COOKING
in Tuscany
- -Tuesday - Arrivals
in the evening. Free pick up at Florence airport between 5 and
6 pm. Chech in. Dinner.
- -Wednesday -
Cooking class by Paride in Fiesole: preparation of a party buffet. Guided
visit of Florence. Dinner in excellent renowned restaurant.
- -Thursday - Class
by Stefania at her restaurant Stazione Leopolda in Pisa, about
Tuscan cuisine. Guided visit of the "leaning tower town".
Dinner in Fiesole.
- -Friday - Morning
tour to Volterra, the fascinating town where you'll discover
the Etruscan, Roman and Medieval history and art. Lunch at typical restaurant
in town. Visit of a renowned winery, the cellars and wine sampling.

- -Saturday - Cooking
class by Emanuela on traditional Tuscan cuisine and saffron specialties
at her farm, lunch with wine of her production. After lunch guided walk
in San Gimignano, the medieval "100 towers town". Dinner in Fiesole.
- Sunday - Loredana's
cooking class at her farm, based on traditional Italian hand made
pasta. After lunch, transfer to San Miniato r.r.station for departures
by train.
Suggested
a ccommodation: rooms in big, elegant apartments of villa
in Fiesole, with swimming pool, overviewing Florence.
