COOKING weekend in Tuscany
A glimpse of the cuisine and the art of Tuscany, a true experience within
the the pleasure of good food and the fascination of this historical land.
Three-day program from Friday to Sunday.
- Friday:
- Arrival in the evening. Free pick up between 5 and 6 pm at San Miniato
r.r.station. Transfer to your lodging. Home-made dinner at 8 pm.
- Saturday: - Morning
cooking lesson by the Tuscan home-cook Manuela at her farm-house, based
on traditional Tuscan cuisine and saffron specialties, followed by lunch.
In the afternoon, guided walk in San Gimignano, the famous medieval
“towers town”. Home made dinner at your lodge.
- Sunday: - Morning
cooking class by Loredana at her farm house, based on hand made pasta,
followed by lunch. Afternoon visit of San Miniato then departures
from San Miniato r.r.station around 5 pm.
Price
of cooking classes Euros 480 per person,
Expenses for all related services and meals and two-night lodging in double-room
Euro 300.
Total Euros 780 per person, all taxes included.

Special Truffle season editions of this
program are run in October and November.
They include visit of the Truffle Festival
and Market, or truffle hunting with professional truffle digger and his
dog, or a special lunch with white truffle specialties.
Flying note: we suggest to land at Pisa G.Galilei International Airport.
Transfer from Pisa or Florence airport to your lodge on request,
Euros 25 per person.
Train note: trains from Pisa or Florence to San Miniato take about
50 minutes and run almost every hour.
Free pick up at San Miniato station between 5 and 6 pm.
