- Thursday - Arrivals in the evening. from 5pm. onwards. Between 5 and 6 pm. free pick up from Pisa airport or Pisa r.r.station to your hotel. Dinner at 8 pm.
- Friday - Morning hands-on cooking class by Loretta Degli Innocenti, chef of Villa Chini, specialising in Tuscan traditional cuisine, followed by lunch at her restaurant. Afternoon: guided visit of Lucca old town. Dinner at renowned restaurant.
- Saturday - Hands-on cooking class, guided by chef Cristiano Tomei, specialising in Tuscany fish recipe. Lunch at his restaurant. Afternoon visit of Carrara to discover the artisans of white marble. Dinner at your hotel.
- Sunday - Escorted visit of Pisa (including the leaning tower in Piazza dei Miracoli) and lunch at one of the best typical restaurant in town. Transfer to r.r. station or airport around 3 pm, for departures.

Optional CINQUE TERRE tour offered by a local agency, on an extra day, before or after the cooking course. Tour to one of the most spectacular and fascinating areas of the Italian coastline. By foot, car, train and boat, we will explore four of the "five lands", the untouched fishing villages standing like antique jewels on the steep coast. Fish lunch at a typical "trattoria" in Monterosso. Return and dinner at your hotel.
Price of the optional tour: Euros 220 per person
NOTE: this tour includes some walks which requires a good fisical condition.
